It helps to include your device, your iOS version, and the version number shown at the bottom of the app's Settings screen.

Common questions

• How do I turn flipped text back? Paste it in and choose Upside Down. Flipping twice turns it the right way up.
• How do I flip text from another app? Select the text, tap Share, then Flip Upside Down. Pick a style and tap Copy without leaving the app you are in.
• How do I add the widget? Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget and choose Upside Down. Touch and hold the widget and choose Edit Widget to type its text and pick a style.
• Can I use Siri or the Action button? Yes. Say "Flip text with Upside Down", or add the Flip Text action in the Shortcuts app and assign it to the Action button. There is also a Control Center control.
• Some letters look odd in another app. Flipped text is made of real Unicode characters. A few, like the flipped capitals, depend on the fonts of the app you paste into, so they can look slightly different there.
• I bought Remove Ads on another device. Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.

Privacy

The short version: your text never leaves your device. The app shows ads from Google AdMob, which a one-time purchase removes. The full privacy policy has the detail, and the same text is in the app under Settings.
